I do all the above but I can’t find the “Switch SSO Profile” option in the “My Account” I have run advancement reports before. This is the first time this has happened to me. I was duel registered in a unit that is dropped now. Scoutbooks still showing both Packs on my dashboard. How do I fix this?
@LindaHammond - first thing is that you should only be working in advancements.scouting.org and not legacy scoutbook. Are you able to log into advancements.scouting.org with your my.scouting login ? If so, what are the dropdowns in the upper right of scoutbook plus ?
