I’m the Advancement Chair for our pack and when I try to generate a Needs Purchasing report or Needs Awarding report, I am only able to see the information for my kids instead of the entire pack. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
You need to have at least edit advancement permissions for all scouts. The easiest path to this is being made a unit admin.
You are not listed as Unit Advancement Chair in my.scouting.org. A Key 3 member (cubmaster, committee chair, charter org rep) can give you the unit advancement chair role in the roster in my.scouting.org. 24 hours later you will automatically be made a unit admin in Scoutbook.
