I’m the committee chair, and advancement chair for my unit. I’m the one who runs the reports and picks up advancement. But I would like to be able to give access to an assistant scoutmaster to also enter advancement. in the old scoutbook she is a troop admin and can add it there. but she doesn’t have permission in the new scoutbook plus.
I spoke to council and they told me that I need to make her the advancement chair. so does that mean anytime a different ASM wants to put advancement in the computer so it doesn’t get forgotten, that they need to be made the advancement chair?
That seems kind of cumbersome.
