Once my troop named me as a Advancement Coordinator in September 2025, I was able to mark advancements for the Scouts in my troop on Scout Book Plus. As of late October 2025, I am no longer able to mark the advancements on Scout Book Plus. I can view the rosters and such, but I cannot select a Scout from the roster and update their advancement information. Does anyone have an insights as to why this might have happened?

Early Nov the permissions changed. UAC are not given Advancement permissions as that is not how the position is universally used. In the above thread it tells how Key 3 can set it up for unit as needed.
And you are not a True UAC - Key 3 need to officially assign that to you in position manager - the old SB positions for things like that now mean nothing
