Parent email change - unable to recover password

We seem to have several scoutbook profile issues and appreciate your help in resolving these as we get more parents and scouts using scoutbook for our Troop. This parent (BSA: 131126187) had an old email that she no longer uses and hence my invitation to login never reached her. She wanted me to update email (gmail) which I did on her profile but for whatever reason, the invitation is not getting sent to the new email (gmail). Could you help?

Well that user is using Google login to sign in - not username/password - it is a google login tied to a @yahoo email that is the same as the @gmail. Can they still use their google login?
