Google Login Error

My daughter is no longer able to log in using google. She now gets a google workspace error. She never set up a username or password, it has always been connected using google. when she tries to “recover” it just tells her that her google account is connected and goes back to the login screen. then the “sign in with Google” button is missing. She cannot use her gmail address and password to login.

@CharleenOsborne if she is under something like 14 it is some google change that BSA cannot control - your council will need to send in a national membercare ticket for a change
