Having trouble approving an adult transfer application

Our Chartered Organization Representative is trying to approve an adult transfer application, and is running into an issue where the adult cannot be assigned a unit role.

This adult was formerly part of our unit, but was dropped unexpectedly at the turn of the year with the 12/31/2025 deadline. He was traveling for work and didn’t see the renewal notices in his personal email.

If I posted the adult member’s ID and the application ID, would it be possible for someone to help correct this for us?

@BrianPieslak - there is nobody on these forums who can assist. We are all volunteers here

@BrianPieslak If the user’s registration expired / lapsed on 12/31, then he most likely cannot transfer (must have an active / current registration in order to transfer). What he can do is log in to his my.Scouting account, and then apply online, assuming that the gaining unit and council allow online adult applications.

Alternatively, the user can renew his membership under the old / current unit (assuming that he’s still in the grace period), and then transfer afterwards.
