Help adding a Den Chief to a Pack

I’m trying to add some den chiefs to our pack roster. But the Help article I found at Adding a Den Chief to a Pack - Scoutbook Knowledge Base seems to be out of date. It tells me to select “Add Individual” but that functionality seems to have been removed.

Where should I look Next? I’m a COR Delegate so if it’s a permission issue I believe I can resolve it.

COR Delegate doesn’t get you the permissions I think you need. Looks like that’s only related to approval of applications/memberships/registered positions in the unit.

We had to make our COR Delegate a Key 3 Delegate to get what you’re looking to do working for them.

@BrianLittle you are not a CORD for the Pack - you are an ACM. You do not have the correct Permissions to do this. A Key 3 can do it or give you the Permissions. Only the Support Positions give this ability
