One of our leaders has two member ID #s, and needs help merging them. She already tried to use the “add member ID” method in my.scouting.org, but it said the ID’s don’t match, which doesn’t make sense because she used the same name for both. Can you please merge them for her?

I moved her connection to J from 135792359 to 132571694, with council’s help, and now the accounts are successfully merged. Thank you for your help!
