Help needed to remove incomplete (Parents / Guardians) profile

The system has a duplicate record linked with the youth member identified below. I am unable to remove the incomplete profile stuck in the system. This profile does not have a member id. Can I get help in removing this?

  1. KEEP Member ID# 13704244 (Youth Profile)
  2. KEEP Member ID# 13704239 (Parents / Guardians)
  3. DELETE Incomplete Profile with similar name to ID# 13704239 and linked to the Youth Profile above.
