have a Scout whose Scoutbook records from his old council in the Coastal Carolina Councill can’t merge with his records in the Transatlantic Council
Can you link these two accounts so his Scoutbook ID of 13830836 in Transatlantic 802 becomes the Primary Record please?

FYI, the SUAC doesn’t need names, just thee Scouting America Member IDs. Since this is a public forum (not just readable to scouts & scouters), posting names is generally discouraged.
@JohnErskine - HI John - long time no talk.. I was just about to send you the link, but you found it. Hopefully the SUAC team can work on this issue for you.
@JohnErskine well it is not that simple at all - the TAC user is so old it has alot of requirements entered. Only completions transfer - not partial items like MBs partials are typically lost. I have to look at some things.
