Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
I have a parent in my troop who has three accounts and 2 of them are the same member id number. Now she doesn’t have access to any of them. Can you merge them together?
Her primary BSA Member # is 13692098 and UserID is 11605314
The ones to be merged into the primary account are:
Member # 131687866
and
Member # 129365130
Well these are all BSA # - she only has one SB account - we can do nothing with BSA #s - she would have to talk to a few Councils on this - Council 636 has 2 - 13692098 (Wrong DOB missing middle initial [might be a problem]) and 131687866 (this has a registration history
Council 560 has 129365130 - No Middle Initial
Once at least the DOB is fixed - she can try to manage them by using her login (denmomamy) to log into my.scouting.org > click Menu top left > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY > Then go to Scoutbook.com and log in using your my.scouting.org credentials
