Several parents in our troop have duplicate accounts which need to be merged. Their ID’s are listed below. The second of each pair is the primary account which we would like to have preserved, as that is where they are registered with our committee, or have taken their YPT. Thanks in advance!

@GwendyDarling there is no merging Member IDs - Have these users tried to Manage the IDs on their own? the user can log into my.scouting.org > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > as long as the info is the same then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY.
It does not merge SB Users but it is a good Self Help Start
Can you merge 4221303 (SB ID) / 141591977, as there’s only one member ID involved?
Happy to help with any of them - part educational to post to inform all of self solutions.
And with the Member IDs you do also get into Parent Relationships and Registration issues that council can see better than users at this point

My error. That should be 14221303 (SB ID) / 141591977. (First number was missing a “1”.)
Though I haven’t asked, I know that the user corresponding to 13764874 / 136267970 is very technically challenged, and wouldn’t be able to merge their accounts on their own. Will you please merge their accounts for them? I will attempt to walk the remaining parents through the steps to merge their own accounts.
