Help with Parental Connection

Member ID: 141619154 for the Greater Yosemite Council.

The parent registered this account initially incorrectly as a boy and as the grandmother/grandfather. I called my SE and she fixed the sex of the youth and the relationship, mostly. In SBP, I see the parent listed now, but the grandparent relationship is still there. I assume that has to be fixed by my SE (we don’t have a registrar).

In SB legacy, no relationship is shown there. It should be linked to member ID 141601622. Can someone here help with this part?

@DavidParker7 Ask your local council to use the Registrar Tools to look up the child (or children). In the “Relationships” tab / section, they need to temporarily remove the parent, then add the parent back using the correct relationship type (parent or whatever).
