How can I give a Parent View only access to their child records

I would like for the Parents in our troop to have View only access. We are at a 100 scouts strong and growing. Could sure use the second set.

Hi, @PRatibhaRajamane,

The BSA decided that all parents will have irrevocable Full Control access to their scouts. “Parent” Full Control differs from “Leader” Full Control in that parents can not mark advancement Approved or Awarded. They can, however, mark it as Completed. The BSA maintains that this is equivalent to checking off the box on the left side of the advancement tables in the Scout Handbook.
