I have two current youth members one that is turning 18 on December 15th, and another that has already turned 18 last month. Both are on my recharter roster as youth members. How do I change them to Venturing Participants? I have all the paperwork to make the change official (Adult App, CBC, YPT) but I can’t edit their positions.
Drop them as youth. Add them as adults with the paperwork scanned and attached. That’s been the instruction in my council for the similar situation for Scouts BSA.
I assume, on the paperwork, you will want to note their existing BSA ID to keep from getting a new one?
