Hello,
When you 1st log someone into Scoutbook you add their information into their profile including their email address. When someone wants to change their email address where do you go to do that. Their email address is not in their existing profile or any option to log or change their email in their profile.
Any help would be appreciated.
To change an e-mail address, the user goes to My Dashboard → Administration → My Account → E-mail. Only the user can change their e-mail address. If they cannot remember their password and do not have access to the e-mail address currently in Scoutbook, they need to send an e-mail to scoutbook.support@scouting.org requesting the change.
