Scout Lost Access to Email (Changed Schools)

Hello, I have a scout in our troop (My son) who changed schools, and no longer has access to his previous school email account. I see no place in scoutbook to change his email. How can one change the email address associated with a scout? I would have thought that a parent’s access would have been sufficient.

Please advise

@RobinKies - the email change would need to be done by your son in edit profile in scoutbook.

@RobinKies If he has a my.scouting account, I would also recommend updating his e-mail there so that it is the same (primary) as his e-mail in Scoutbook.
