How do I update a Scouts Birthday?

I attempted to email: scoutbook.support@scouting.org with the correct birthday. I got an automated message the email isn’t monitored.

I saw someone got a birthday updated via this forum. I don’t know if that’s a good idea.

How do I get a birthday fixed?

@FrankBrammer Councils can fix DOB

Hello,
Yes the best place to reach is council. If they reset it in my.scouting for you, it will fix it elsewhere.
