Trying to update my DOB

I’ve email scoutbook.support@scouting.org with no response since Feb 16.

That email address has been obsolete for several years now. It used to at least send a bounce message saying so.

Correcting your date of birth requires contacting your council registrar (or at least a staffer with access to the registrar’s software). You can usually find their contact info (or at least the main number) on the council’s website.

Thanks for the quick response. I’m with Chief Seattle Council #609 and their email is council@seattlebsa.org. So just email that?
