How do set up a set up a fee or amount due to a scout?

I am the Treasure for our Pack and I can’t figure out how to make a fee due for each Scout.

We were not going to use Paypal payment. Reading from the comments here and how the parents normally pay we are going to use different payment options.

You can still use Payment Log if you are not using PayPal.

Go to the Scout’s Payment Log and click +Add. or if you are trying to add payments due for multiple Scouts, go to the Unit page, select Quick Entry then Enter Payment Log.

The Treasurer must have Full Control connections to all Scouts to use Payment Log.

That might be my problem of not having full control connections. When I had been hitting +Add I can’t put a charge for anyone, just to record a credit from unit, etc. Who do I get full control from? Pack master?

Any one of your Unit Key 3 (CM, CC, COR) or another existing Scoutbook Unit Admin can update your connection permissions. They could also assign you a role as Scoutbook Unit Admin, which will automatically assign you Full Control to any new scouts as they are added.
