How do you change address and phone numbers on the recharter?

A couple of my members have new addresses and phone numbers. How do I update this information for the recharter?
I tried doing it in Scoutbook Roster. It updated there, but did not update in the recharter when I refreshed recharter.

@DeniseRist - address and phone changes are done in my.scouting.org in the Unit > Roster section
