How does an admin in Scoutbook not have any permissions to change anything in Scoutbook plus?

@ChristineMaine Scoutbook Plus does not use Legacy Scoutbook positions .

See Scoutbook_Permissions.pdf and the Scoutbook Plus permissions video for more details.

I think the underlying issue here in both cases is… SMs (and other K3) don’t know a change was made, and that they have to renew permissions for all of their leaders, because no announcement was made (that I know of - I’m not a K3). A pinned post on the forum isn’t the same as an email announcement or pinned post in the system everyone is actually using. (I’m not a commissioner, so I also don’t know what communications were sent through that channel. That path is often hit-and-miss on passing messages to the unit level.)

Christine,
The Scoutmaster or one of the key three have to go into Scoutbook plus and give you the permissions. They have access to permissions management that no one else has access to. Scoutbook permissions are not part of Scoutbook plus permissions. Very frustrating to those who had permissions before the new change to internet advancement.
