My pack pays all re-charter fees for current scouts. When a parent clicks on the email link they receive saying their scout’s membership is expiring, it locks me out and I can no longer process them on our side. I then have to reimburse the parent. How can I stop them from even getting a link to renew?
@MonicaNeubauer not so simple anymore - as all MEMBERSHIPS are individual now and not tied to recharter - I think this is best a question for Council to help you achieve what the pack desires.
