How is this person "Trained"?

Hi SUAC,

I was just reviewing some training records and discovered this.

MID124811618 is showing “Trained” for Troop Committee Member, but his “completions” training record has no troop committee training in it.

Looks like a bug where the adult was trained as a pack Committee Member, but it seems to have carried over to the troop.

Is the next step a ticket to National to correct the record?

@DougWright Yes, and I would recommend writing the ticket in such a way that they look for similar cases. That is, don’t write it so it’s a one-off fix this record. Write it more like, why is this person not showing as trained.
