I am connected to one of my Scouts BSA Units as Unit Commissioner. I can see the roster and calendar, but that is the limit of my access. I don’t receive any emails and can’t RSVP for events even though the Scoutmaster has told me he has sent the invitations and emails. How do I help my units to help me connect?

Ask the Scoutmaster to connect you to all Scouts in the troop with View Profile. Then you should be able to send / receive messages and the calendar.
When you see the roster, do you see full last names or just last initial?
