We are hosting a few scout swim events where we offer lifesaving and swimming MB, along with other aquatic requirements, and these are open to basically any scout.
Is there a way for our merit badge councilors to connect to the scouts on the day of the event to make record keeping smoother?
We have had trouble with the blue cards getting wet, not picked up by the scouts, lost, or forgotten.
And then the councilor and instructors are rushing to sign them at the end.
We may have 10-30 people at one event split between various classes.
