Last fall, we had new people connecting parents to newly registered kids. We have one that has a wrong email (gmail is spelled gmial) and we need to remove that account now that we have her already existing account linked to her son, but I keep getting a message saying I have to remove her relationship with her son first, which I can’t. Is there a way to remove that account or will it be stuck there forever with no way to access since the email is bad? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Send an e-mail to email@example.com with the details. They can clean up the problem.
