How to delete registered adults from Position Manager

We have registered adults who have moved and are no longer with our pack but are still in Position Manager with titles of committee member and den leader. Our COR is unsure how to delete them. What is this process? Is there a job aid I can send that covers this? Thank you!

@AmeliaGoldan that is not something a unit can do as registrations are 1 year in length - you can talk to your council on options

If you move them to “Unit Scouter Reserve” in Position Manager, it will at least probably improve your Training numbers (since you cannot remove them from the roster). Unit Scouter Reserve only needs YPT to be fully trained.

If you wish to indicate that they won’t continue with your unit, the best you can do is “choose opt out” next to their name in the roster. This doesn’t affect anything in the roster, position manager, but if they have not completed YPT, your unit would be able to renew. I have requested an improvement to this conflicting state, but it would help if more asked their council to enter a member care ticket requesting a better option.
