My.scouting shows correct capitalization but scoutbook does not. Any suggestions how we can fix? Registrar states she cannot fix this … fields are greyed out in scoutbook.
What is BSA # ? and we can take a look
@DeniseGuerra1 I fixed this - tell the registrar they can use Sync from Person Record to solve issues like this
