One of our more popular events for the cubs in our Council is the Mom & Cub Camping Events. I want to make sure to log the camping nights and events on our calendars so that those cubs as well as their parents log their camping nights. I’m running into an error where it won’t let me create the event unless two of the pack’s registered leaders are also attached to the event as attending. We don’t have any registered leaders from my pack attending as the event is being organized and run at the Council level. How can I create and log the event without inadvertently adding camping credit to a leader who didn’t attend?

You don’t need to add them to the calendar. You can just add them directly to the Activity Logs.
And you can make the calendar event and invite 2 adults leaders. But then make the log in the event and only adds the youth for the camping info and save.
