My son’s membership is expiring at the end of the month. I cannot figure out how to renew it on my.scouting.org. I see an option to enable auto-renew, but I want to make a one-time payment for renewing my son’s membership, but I don’t see how to do that.
@BrentFarrell1 I had the same issue. The renewal link took you to the Membership tab, so all you see is “Opt out” or “Update Credit Card”. Look above the blue banner and click on “My Renewals”. There should be another option there to start the renewal process.
Thanks @NoahMarach that is what I was looking for. However after I enter my payment information I get a notification at the top of the page that says “Unprocessable Entity” and it seems like the renewal doesn’t complete.
Contact your Council office for assistance with this error.
