How to see advancement for all Scouts in a Den

Hello, I am struggling trying to figure out how to view my Scouts’ progress from a Den-level perspective. In the previous iteration of Scoutbook, I was able to see something like:

Scout 1: 66% Bear completion
Scout 2: 50% Bear Completion

and so on. Additionally, in Den Leader Experience, I could easily see Den-level and Adventure-level progression for the whole Den. All of this made it pretty easy to plan meetings, as I could quickly see where the Den was in terms of their Adventures, update parents with requirements that their Scout may have missed, and have efficient and effective Den meetings.

I realize there is a way to see this Scout-by-Scout. Is there a similar feature or function in this new system that will allow us to see the progress of the entire Den, and similarly to see each Scout’s progress on each adventure in a single placce? The new system is almost wholly opaque, and unfortunately the difficulty of using it has crippled my planning, especially as compared to the previous system. Thanks for any help.

You can use Report Builder to create reports that show progress for an entire den.

See How to Make a Mini Rank Report (SB) - Scoutbook Knowledge Base and Scoutbook Reports (SB) - Scoutbook Knowledge Base

Thank you. I did not it know about Report Builder, and had to dig for it a bit, but eventually found the information.

In future updates for SB, it would be nice to have this information immediately available, front and center, to help Den Leaders understand where their Scouts are in their advancement. I know most of the DLs in my Pack need this information, but have given up on SB as a resource since the June change because of its difficulty to use and understand, or don’t know about using Report Builder at all. It seems like this sort of thing should always be on the DL dashboard for quick access to Den progress, and perhaps Report Builder can be used for more detailed information as needed. The way the site is set up makes finding RB difficult, and using it isn’t intuitive, so streamlining our access to ever-relevant data would be most helpful.

Thanks again for the help.
