I am not receiving email from my den or pack due to my scoutbook issues. Can someone help me

I believe for some reason when I put in my application this year it created a second account. I have not been receiving emails from my den or my pack. Can someone help me?

What is your BSA # and we can look

This is fixed for you - go to my dashboard > my account > my profile and make sure email is correct please
