Somewho my child is not connected to me anymore. I was not able to renew him. Now he doesnt’t even show up in the troop roster. But I can still see him on my end. I cannot connect to him. My local office has not responded to messages

My key 3 can’t see him anymore. I was not able to renew him. My local council hasn’t responded to messages and now he goes to summer camp in a few days and isn’t registered. Is there another way to fix this? I noticed I wasn’t connected when it was time to renew but I am not having luck getting the issue resolved
@HallieStoltz your scouts registration ended 1/31/26 - you will have to work with council to get the scout re-registrered - you are in relationship under 136524045 - so if that is not the best member ID for you council can help with that also
@HallieStoltz Your parent relationship with this youth is under your member ID number 136524045.
Because the youth is not currently registered, you should be able to register him using the troop’s link at beascout.org. When the form asks “Is the youth a current/former Scout?”, say “Yes” and enter his existing member ID number.
After you get him re-registered, then contact your local council and ask them to move your parent relationship with him over to the other member ID number, which is the one that has your registration history.
