Hello - I am my Troop’s CC and have two boys in the troop. In Scoutbook, I am connected to both of them as my children but they do not appear anywhere in my my.scouting.org account. Scoutbook (rightfully) tells me I need to renew them but when I go over to My.Scouting.Org to do so, they aren’t there. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

@BradCarlson connections in SB are isolated to SB - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number that you can log into - then wait 24 hours
