Can't renew my own Scout

I am a Committee Chair of a Cub Scout pack and was able to renew myself and my Cub Scout today BUT my older Scout son does NOT appear in my.scouting profile so I cannot renew him. Can you guys fix this or do I need to contact my local council?

@SineadLynch-Hall yeah you are only connect in AKELA to TH - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number - then you might have to wake up to 24 hours
