I am subscribed to Troop Family Calendar through my Google Calendar. The Troop Family Calendar events show up on my Google Calendar. Now I see the Troop is creating Troop Parent Calendar events. These events are NOT showing up on my Google Calendar. I don’t see a copy url link for Troop Parent Calendar at the bottom of the Calendar page in Scoutbook Plus. What step or detail am I missing? I am currently just a parent with the Troop.
@ArielCunningham - is it not listed at all below the scoutbook plus calendar or greyed out ?
Are there events on the Troop calendar? Until events are added, no one can subscribe.
Please explain the process that you used to subscribe without giving away the calendar url.
I am confused on one thing @ArielCunningham - you mention 2 calendars - Family and Parent - are these 2 different calendars? What is the host of the calendar?
I login to Scoutbook Plus (Advancements) under my profile.
I verify I am currently viewing: Troop. My only option is as Parent/Guardian.

Yes, the Troop has events posted. I do not know how to identify who the host is.
On the Calendar page, I scrolled all the way to the bottom and found Troop #### FAMILY Copy url link. I am successfully subscribed to this Troop #### FAMILY Calendar through my Google Calendar. Events through April 2026 were showing up on my Google Calendar perfectly. The next detail is the confusing part…
I wish I could attach a screenshot of the following description, but I can’t find that option. I am in the Calendar page. I am in the month view. I hover my cursor over an event. A window pops up telling me more. The event pop up window subheader says the calendar name. Through April, the events said Troop #### FAMILY. Those events show up in my Google Calendar. Beginning in May, the events switched to Troop #### PARENT. This is when the events stopped showing up in my Google Calendar. There is no Copy url link for a Troop #### PARENT Calendar at the bottom of the Calendar page.
Footnote: I simultaneously emailed the Scoutmaster to pick his brain, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he is completely unaware of the change from FAMILY to PARENT. So many Scoutbook bugs!

How do I post a screenshot? Yes, except in my units (both Pack and Troop) after the number it says FAMILY or PARENT. And I think it’s that detail that is causing my subscription through Google Calendar to fail.

Yeah SB would never produce a calendar called PARENT - unless if it was a patrol called parent - so that has me confused what you are looking at
I would go to Google - erase the one you have (and perhaps you named) - and re-subscribe to the one in SB+
@ArielCunningham - if what you see looks like my image where there is the unit then other lines below it then they are sub units or partols/dens. If the copy link is grey then there are no events on those sub unit calendars.
