I am a Key 3 for both our established boys troop and our relatively new girls troop. I am unable to see the calendar for the girls troop. When I’m in Scoutbook, select the G troop, then select Upcoming Events or a link to a specific event, it takes me to the calendar for the B troop. Under “Currently Viewing”, it will show I’m viewing the B troop. I have to do the hard re-set to get the G troop listed as a viewing option in IA - every single time, even though I’m starting from the G troop in Scoutbook. But even then, when I am “Currently Viewing” the G troop, it shows me the B troop calendar. I’ve figured out how to add the G troop to events they’re doing with the B troop (again, I have to do the hard re-set for them to come up as an “add” option), but I’m not able to add anything just to their calendar (since it doesn’t come up in IA). I’ve done the hard re-set on the calendar page multiple times, and that hasn’t fixed it. Please help.
Check the filter icon on the calendar and make sure both troops are selected.
That’s not the issue. When I click on Upcoming Events or a specific event within the G troop in Scoutbook, it gives me only the B troop calendar. The B troop is the only option under “Currently Viewing” and in the calendar filter it only shows the B troop and patrols. The G troop isn’t listed in either. I have to do the hard re-set every time to get the G troop to appear as an option. I finally figured out I could then de-select the B troop via the filter to just see the G troop calendar. But I’d really like to be able to click on Upcoming Events or an event within the G troop in Scoutbook, and have it show me the G troop calendar right from the beginning, instead of it defaulting to the B troop and having to take the additional steps to make the G troop calendar appear.
@AlisonShearer - i know for myself i see the events of all three units at the same time in the calendar. What is selected in the my calendar section?
Hi Alison, I am also running into same issue. Can only see the Boy Troop calendar and can’t access the Girl Troop calendar. In “My Calendar” section do not see an option to select GT. Only BT is showing up.
How was your situation resolved?

Shift + Refresh solves many issues like this on this platform
When I log into SB, then select the G troop, then click on Upcoming Events, it always takes me to the B troop’s calendar. The G troop isn’t even an option under My Calendar, or Viewing As, or in the filter. I have to do the hard re-set on the calendar page every time I log in if I want the G troop to appear as an option. Then I see both of them on the calendar.
The shift/refresh combo is now working for me on the calendar page - the G troop shows up when I do that. But I have to do it every time.
It does work, eventually. But now I have to do it every time I log on. Is there any way to fix that?
