I ended a leader’s tenure in position to change them to a new position. Now even with name, email, and member number, I can’t bring them back.

@BrianNicholson ok let it sync overnight - I would stop using Legacy to move folks around - it can all be done in SB+

Eventually, everything will have moved to SB+. For the moment, MBC actions for updating MBs is still in classic Scoutbook, but unit scouter actions (e.g. Leader Approving MBs and advancement) is all moved to SB+, at least in theory.
I don’t see any of my adults in Plus.
@BrianNicholson- you have to use the filer to show adults.
Yeah, they’re not in there either. Trying to get the hang of the new system

At a minimum your filter should be set like this to see all Scouts and Adults. The system saves your last filter settings in cookies so if you changed them, they will have the previous settings.
