Is there a way for me to access units (both in and out of my home council) to get advancement reports?
This capability is not available in Scoutbook. Leaders should be brining copies of their advancement reports to turn in when they purchase restricted items.
My council allows the unit to email the advancement reports to the Scout Shop.
