IA calendar not showing SB events

Our troop has events entered in SB but when I go to IA no events are listed. I made a test event and received an access error popup. That event now shows up in SB and the ics subscription but still not in IA.

I am changing roles with this year’s recharter so maybe that is causing an issue on syncing/acess.

I also do not have an IA shortcut in the main SB landing page, either. I thought there used to be and other posted screenshots show one.

I have cleared browser cache and ‘shift’ refresh but doesn’t change anything.

@EricMeyer2 - is CC your current role or the new role?


In the upper right of IA, make sure the proper role is selected.

CC is new role (effective Aug 2023, but not synced through council recharter process yet).

Was previously only parent and committee member (which are still active roles listed).

@EricMeyer2 - and make sure all calendars are selected from the calendar drop down.

I have all calendars selected. Here is side-by-side. Nothing for IA but event show up in SB

OK the issue here is that the Unit is in the recharter grace period - IA does not currently fully see that - there is a story being worked on for it
