Import File Still Pending

I am having the same problem I’ve seen for several others in the forum. My Internet Advancement file is pending after being uploaded at 11:14pm CST last night. It is 6:46am CST the next day. The file name is

import_20250826-11-23-36.txt

I’ve cancelled it once and tried reuploading it. The file doesn’t appear to have any errors. It’s from Troopmaster. Please advise for an upcoming Court of Honor. Thank you
