I imported a file this morning at about 8:40 a.m. CST. It was still pending at 3:00 p.m., so I canceled it and resubmitted it. It is now 4:12 p.m. and it is still in pending status. Troop 398 Boys. Please help.
That is a known bug @JimJeffery usually the file is processed if you check the scouts
you can also go to scoutbook.scouting.org > click your unit on right side > click Reports > click Needs purchasing and see if what you uploaded is there to make a purchase order and shop report

I hadn’t heard about the known bug, but I was checking throughout the day to see if the scouts’ records had been updated even though the status said pending - they hadn’t.
I’ve been doing these imports for several years and this is the first time I encountered this issue.

Report I submitted last night is still stuck in “Pending”.
