I’m attempting to import our achievements from trooptrack to scoutbook and I’m running into an issue. I’m following the directions posted here:
I’m able to export the pipe delimited file from Troop track without any issues but when I attempt to import it into scoutbook, it says it’s processing and then after 20-30 minutes, it says it failed. I can’t figure out how to view any logs or view debugging messages so I can see what it’s failing on. Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
