What is an online recharter awaiting if it is still reporting as In Progress but is paid? In other words, what do I need to tell these units to do?
They are not currently marked as Waiting COR Signature.
that can mean they said pay at council or there are manual steps council needs to take (new applications)
My understanding is On Hold is the status it gets into for that and there are examples of that, but these are still In Progress.
I have first hand seen In Progress - Paid - for those that clicked pay at council
