I have a scout that is showing incomplete rank requirements for ranks that were awarded several years ago. Can anyone help with what could have caused this and how I can fix the issue? It looks like I can not make edits because the ranks were already awarded. I’ll list the details below:
Scout MID - 136705291
Current rank - Life
Missing requirements- Scout #2a-d, 1st Class #3d,#5b-d, #6b-d, #9b-c, #11, Star #6a-b
@PhillipSmith2 - 2a -d are showing as approved in your screen grab
Beyond that if the ranks are completed, and awarded it does not matter. Only completed dates are recorded in the national/council record.
Thanks Stephen. You are right! I just saw the missing line in the advancement report, but looks like this is just a report issue.
Any idea about the missing First Class requirements?
@PhillipSmith2 - is first class marked completed, approved and awarded ? They do not need to be looked at or worried about that is that.

I just wanted to submit this as a bug example so the devs can fix the reports to display accurate info ( assuming these were caused by the migration to scoutbook plus with various versions of the ranks?)
@PhillipSmith2 - i would gather that the entries were never made so they would not show up anywhere… AGAIN the individual requirements do not matter if the rank is completed, approved and awarded.. no bug on this one. Is the the IAR report.. if so I would use the Scouts BSA History report instead. But none of those matter for the Eagle Scout Rank Application or it verification as council ONLY sees the completed dates and NOT requirements for rank, awards or merit badges.
