Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
I am the training coordinator for my troop. My personal YPT training record is not showing with an updated completion date in the YPT Aging Report. My BSA ID is 116692479.
I’ve seen newer YPT completion dates show up in the YPT Aging Report, so it doesn’t seem to be a “patiently wait for the SQL synchronization script to run on a batch job” sort of situation.
FYI, I reported this back on June 16th and was told to wait to let it sync. It still has not sync’d two weeks later.

@JayBeavers Based on what I can see, you took all 4 YPT modules on 04/03/2023.
On 06/15/2023, I only see completion of SCO_3008 Overview and Policies.
When you log in at my.scouting, click on “My Training”, and then click on “Completions”, do you see the other 3 modules listed there? You need to re-take all 4 modules in order to get a new YPT completion date.
Right. The point of my post is that the two systems got out if sync. I did retake the modules and the test.
If i take them again, it might overwrite the database records so your systems people will not be able to investigate the bug and see about fixing the flaw so it doesn’t happen again to someone else. I’m happy to wait and give the opportunity for a bug to be filed, investigated, and hopefully fixed.
Telling me you can see the incomplete database records, that’s great. That means you have somewhere to start a bug report and investigation from.
We are telling you what we were told by BSA IT. We relayed what they see in the DB. If you believe they should investigate further you will need to contact your council professional staff and have them open a ticket. There is nothing more we as volunteers can do.
