I getting an error when I run the Individual Advancment Report on some of my Scouts. The error states “Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request. Our webmaster has been notified and will fix it ASAP!”.
Is this a known error and does anyone know of a work around?
Sorry for the late response, but it does appear to be working now.
I was trying to run the reports from the
Troop Reports->Individual Advancement Record menu
It would work for about 1/2 the Scouts; the ones it wouldn’t work on it wouldn’t work on consistently. So I could try to select all the Scouts, in groups, or individually - it would work with some Scouts all the time, but if I added a “non-report-working” Scout the system would fail.
