Internet Advancement - Unable to view roster

I am a key-3 delegate and part of the unit advancement team (recently took over this role). Till yesterday, I could see the roster on internet advancement page, specifically the pending items. I was using this to determine the list of rank ups, merit badges, awards for the upcoming CoH. However this option disappeared today. Did something change on scoutbook? Or, is there a better way to determine the list of rank ups, merit badges, awards thru scoutbook instead of pouring thru the roster one scout at a time?

Are you sure you are under the right profile from the top right drop down?

Yes, I double checked to make sure to select the troop position in the top-right menu.

I am having the same issue. It is no longer an option on the left-hand menu.

Well you two are close enough of an issue it is likely the same

Any updates on the issue? I have been trying to access Recharter since yesterday morning and still can’t access. It takes me directly to my profile even though I have selected the correct (Key 3 delegate) selection.


Please try again. A hotfix was applied last night that may fix this issue.

@edavignon I tried a short while back, the issue persists

I’m also having this same issue.

We have provided the update to the development team. Hopefully they will find and fix the issue quickly but there will not be any updates during the weekend.

@here If you can do a shift Refresh and see if this is now fixed
